At Falahi House, we take pride in offering carefully crafted, high-quality embroidered clothing and traditional pieces. Each item is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days, depending on your city. You will receive updates once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges are accepted for clothing once the order has been delivered, due to hygiene and product safety reasons.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
If the product arrives damaged or defective.
In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect or damaged item and arranging a replacement.
Important Information
Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a registered delivery service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds (in eligible cases) will be processed within 7–21 working days after the return is approved, in line with the payment gateway provider’s rules.
